Non-Peak $1075 per week

Peak Season  $1500 per week

Holidays Extra Charge*

Daily rentals are available during non-peak season at $250.00 per day.

Minimum of three (3) day stay is required.

Check In and Check Out
Check in is 3:00 p.m. on Saturday and checkout is 10:00 am the following Saturday.

Security Deposit
A $250 deposit is required upon reservation. The remaining rent is due three weeks prior the week reserved.

Cancellation Policy
The deposit will be refunded if more than a 60  day notice is provided. If cancellation occurs within less than 60 days notice, a refund will only be granted if the week is booked by other guests.

A cancellation fee will be charged if there is less than a 60  day notice.
